this is the dgk clan were u can have and ill always promote u up all the time this is how i think of promoting u up 2 is with how much i trust its not all about strength u should still know how 2 fight though.

the reason i say that is beacuse my old clan leader taught me that its not how strong some 1 is. its how loyal they are and can respect u.

let me break down the ranks 4 u lowest ranks are the genin and acadamey student they usally should follow the chunin special chunin get some of the c or b rank missions that i will give them acadamy student and genin gt d and c rank missions s chunin go on a little bit tougher missions.

now on 2 anbu ninjas they are mostley in charge of chunin and below.i might send them on 2 spy on another clan and then report back 2 me.they mostley get a and b rank missions.

the next is jounin they platoon with anbu sjounin and jounin. a three man cell.they get a and b rank missions like anbu i will also some times come on the mission with them rarley.

the next is special jounin they control jounin and below they

get 2 pick the people they want in there cell they can oick anyone they want they report back2 me in every mission they have some times i might even give reward's like a higher rank orwebsite making 4 the clan or even a spot in yhe yeam 4 clan wars and much more!

the next is sanin they go on s rank missions and they should know tactics and must be loyal and have my trust. they also get 2 do 4 man cells with jinchuriki ninjas assisstant hokage and some times with me if im avalaible.

the next is the jinchuriki ninjas these ninjas should be preety strong and know good tactics they only get sent on s rank missions they must have my trust.they also get 2 pick who there partners are.

asistant hokage and hokage are at the top of the ninja chain they are in charge of every one the a hokage is preety much have all the privalleges i doo they get sent on s rank missions and a hokage go on tough missions like the hokage i trust my assistant hokage with my secrets u should know what the hokage does thats control everything so have fun! and remeber 2 respect all clan members
