[Balance Suggestion] Kyuubi Naruto

#1 Make Kyuubi Rage start with 5 piercing and make it stack on Naruto, not on target... Like hes getting even more angry each time he uses it so the next one is stronger. That should make him more viable. With you think hes going to be too strong just increase the backfire dmg from kyuubi rasengan to 15... he is one of the firsts to die pretty often..
