Rose - a poem

#1 before you start reading this poem you should note that you dont take a pause at the end of a line, instead just read until you reach a comma, period, or area where your voice naturally wants to take a slight pause (then you can take your pause). there is also a mild pause between "sweet" and "yet sorrowful". tell me what you think. Rose Dew rests on the leaves of the rose like tears shed for the last petal that yet withers and falls in sweet yet sorrowful parting. How like my love for you this rose is, never returned left to wither and die while still so strong in bloom.
