It's a matter of opinion, and people can't change your opinion on a forum
yay, my 2 years of studying boring Psychology becomes useful on an online forum! 
EVERYTHING can affect one's opinion. AKA, the "enviroment" (which is the technical term for it, though it's basically EVERYTHING you're physically/mentally communicating with) can change what a person thinks instantly, if that person accepts it. So it's very possible for someone to earn my bag of NetCookies. Fuck, I'm bored

Only if you're willing to listen. Since you like psychology so much, you know what belief perseverence is. Even when presented with direct contradictory evidence, a person will sometimes refuse to accept something different from what they believe as true. So if you strongly believe Family Guy is not funny, it'd be near impossible to change your mind, considering it's impossible to get concrete evidence that shows how it is funny, since it's all a matter of opinion.

most people love the show but their will always be the few people who absoulutely hate the show or at least dislike it is just natural human instinct to be rebellious.
and you said the characters are one-dimensional and unoriginal but that is what makes them so funny to me analyzing characters isn't always neccesary sometimes just plain old supidity can be the most hilarious thing and in this case it definetly is.
