can you make the strong kick do more damage?
i think he is underpowerd
and i think also that lee kicks have links with his health!
will palm blow&youth full power is balanced

Lee's kicks don't have links with his health. He just gets tired if he uses them a lot (like everyone). The only thing that is related to Lee's health is Gates Activation.

no no no the full power thing makes sense but make cooldown like 3 or 4
make konoha shouffu counter like melee and do some damage
