Well, seeing Naruto-Arena has been running on a 1 on 1, player vs player system ... and I know this idea has been suggested already, but just hear me out on this one. I could actually make this work but because Im not an Admin, so I can only suggest what could be arranged in the 2v2 system. If the Admins/Mods think this cannot be done and such, thats..okay... I guess But just read what I think should happen if you manage to organise a 2v2 system:

For starters, if the Admins/Mods aren't too clearly on how this should work, just test it out first and make the 2v2 a private game feature and such. If it becomes successful, then you might be able to move on to a 2v2 quick game feature or even better ... a 2v2 ladder feature. I will be listing the important bits on what might happen in a 2v2 and its features.

2v2 Quick Games and Ladder Games -
For this, before the game actually starts, you have to only search who your partner will be. In this case, this will be like a 1v1 thing, were 2 people search eachother. But this is searching for your partner. Then once you finished searching your partner, you start searching for another tag team randomly but try to keep the skills of the players fair. So if an unexperienced tag team searches for a fight, they must fight at lease another tag team close to their experience. It wouldn't be fair if an unexperienced tag team would verus a tag team where they have alot of experience.

2v2 private matches
For this, this may be difficult. You have 1 small screen on the left of the character selection where you search your partner and this may be the wierd bit. You and your partner will search for the 2 players you are going to verus and the 2 small screen will pop up on the left. One on the top and bottom (Try to picture this, if possible). Thus, if this becomes abit difficult, you could search your partner and one of the players that you're going to fight thats involved in the match. Because, if 2 players have a tag team, and your enemies have their tag team, then both of them could search only one of the players from that specific team team. If you know what I mean.

What would happen in the game when match starts

I've been thinking about this and I definetly do not want 12 characters in 1 game. So what I've tried to do, to decrease the amount of characters in a game is minus 1 character from a team. So, in most cases ... what im trying to say is that 1 player that is competing in a tag team will only choose 2 characters in their team. So 2 each for one player to choose from. So it'll be only 8 characters in a match, in which is fair and hopefully, will decrease the amount of lag.

How the characters will be set up in a match

The characters will be set up like a normal 1 on 1 match, but this is what I expect will happen. You and your tag team characters will be shown on your left where as the opponent tag team characters will be shown on the right. 1 players character on 1 team will be bunched up on the top and the other players characters will be bunched down the bottom. The same goes for the opponent. So 1 players character each on one corner.

Searching for an tag team partner

If 1 person has no one to partner with and would like to participate in the 2v2 feature, MAYBE there could be a little screen (aka box is what im trying to say)
where it says: "Search for a partner". Thus, make sure the server could pick a player thats closest to the player who wants a partner, with the same experiece play as the other. Other wise, it might turn out with a newbie, partnered up with a pro. Once the server has found a partner for that player, maybe you could add this feature where you GET to have alook at the players profile before partnering up. That could be useful for choosing a good, random partner.

Chatbox

If this feature can be made, I'd recommend the chatbox to be available? Just because you have a public chatbox where you can chat amongst your partner and your opponent AND maybe a seperate chatbox TAB where only you and your partner could chat amongst yourselves. You know, like planning strategies and such.

Taking turns on who goes first
Whoever goes first or second would be decided randomly. Now, I do not think it'll go ally and ally then opponent and opponent because if one tag team goes first, then you COULD like be able to kill like 1 - 2 characters within the first round or so. So! I decide that 1 partner from one tagteam plays, and then the next from the opposition goes next, and then partner, then opposition vise versa. If you understand.

Equal Amount of chakra

This is the most hard bit. Trying to decide how to organise the chakra in a tag team. Now, there are 2 choices you Admins/Mods can do. You can, arrange the chakra like a 1on 1 match where 1 player has their own chakra to use. Or even something like a challenge ... tagteam partners share the chakra. Now, heres how things should work:

If one player has their own chakra:
If you plan on using the idea where one player has their own chakra, if one person from a tagteam comes first, they automatically gain 1 chakra like normal. This doesn't mean if 1 player from the whole match comes first, they gain chakra. This goes for the player from each side that comes first gains 1 chakra. Then if you come second or your partner comes second, then they gain 3 chakra. Because this is a tagteam, there should be a feature where you can see your partners chakra and what your partner has and doesn't have. There also should be a sort've ... thing called Tagteam Chakra Exchange but I'll discuss this feature later.

If a tagteam shares the chakra:
If you plan on using this feature, than this is my idea. If you and 1 player from the opposition comes first, they automaticlaly gain 1 chakra. If you come second or your partner comes second, you gain 3 chakra. Now you and your partner have to use chakra Wisely Because, for instance its your partners turn and you're deciding on what moves your using. Then when its your turn, your opponent uses the chakra that was helpful for your strategy that you were planning and you don't have that. You see, this will be a tag team tactic and this is why a chatbox with a tagteam chatbox could be very helpful.

Tagteam Chakra Exchange:
For this, if the Admins/Mods decide to use the feature where one player has their own chakra, then this could be very useful. Now, I'll try to make this abit fair. If your partner has a chakra that you want, and your partner doesn't really need it, then what should happen is 2 boxes pop up. One with your chakra and one with your partners. You actually give your partner like ... 3 chakra from your pool in exchange for 1 chakra of your choice. If course, when its your partners turn, a little note will come up saying, "Your partner has exchange this chakra in exchange for these 2 chakra which is ... blah blah blah .." Just for a little note juts in-case you haven't discussed it between your partner in a chatbox or something like that...

Where the features will be found
The 2v2 ladder games, 2v2 quick games etc. buttons, should hopefully be placed on top of the 1v1 ladder and quick games and such. I think thats the no. 1 place to put it and to find it in.

Tag team missions?

Tag team missions could be a very fun thing to do. Just go in a tag team and do missions to unlock more characters. You can also adjust some missions and turn them into tag teams. I can picture some missions already. Like the Search for Tayuya. One player have Shikamaru, the other with Temari. Now, if 1 tag team finishes 1 mission, then its over. BUT! If another person, that's for example your friend, that wants to do a tag team mission, and you've already done the tagteam mission that your friend wants, you can still make a tagteam and help your friend complete a mission. I dunno, something fun to do and such.

Risum actually pointed out 2 bits i've missed and, it could be one of the most important:

Experience Points after matches

Once you and your partner win a fight, you and your partner both gain the same amount of experience points. Each time you win a fight with your partner, your expierence points increases by 25% out of the amount of expierence points you just gained. Its like Sakura(s)'s healing description, but just not half of the experience points that you gain. Otherwise, that is too much of exp in a ladder.

Character Selection
Now this was the bit I missed out. And it is one of the most important bits because I wouldn't want this to happen, topping that its to keep it balanced. After you chosen your partner, and you accept, if 2 people in a tagteam have the same character in both teams, there should be a "WARNING" note right after you accept your partner. The description should say something like this: "Warning, You have the same following character(s) in a tag team. Please change the following character(s): _______" Something like that. Now, I then think that when that notice happens, the 2 people forming a tag team will have to change. However, like I said a chatbox is very helpful and this is when it comes up. After the warning sign, there should be a mini-chatbox, face to face with only you and your partner. Then thats when you start chatting about who's got who, change this, change that etc. This may come in handy if the Admins/Mods decide to use the feature where you find a random partner. But this is the difficult part. Because you have to talk to eachother, try to partner up 2 people together thats in the same country. For example 2 Australians partnering up at random. This will be very helpful because 2 Australians know how to speak english. If you matched 1 Australian with .. a French. 1 can only speak french, and 1 can only speak English. Whats the problem? They cannot understand eachother.

2 vs 2 ranking
If you decide to do a 2v2 system, there SHOULD! and I mean, there SHOULD be a 2v2 top 10 including only the people with the most highest level. Just like top 10 but thats a 1v1 sorta thing. But you don't have too if you don't want too ... but it'll be very exciting for the rest of the players. You know, making players having a goal in mind and achieving what is set for them to do. But once 2 people form a tag team and win a match, a record of both players should automatically be recorded just like 1 normal players page. Like mine for example with wins and losses, streaks, etc.

Well then. I have discussed already, the important features in a 2v2 and hopefully the Admins/Mods might decide if this feature will be imported in N-A. This speech has taken me nearlly 2 hours to think of and the ideas if me thinking outside the box. I have been as pesuasive as I can and I will advertise this topic where ever I can. The poll is obviously suppose to be a petition where n-a players will choose either the 4 answers and ... yea. This will be in my signature and hopefully this won't be a waste and will be reconized until ... it is reconized no further. But for all those n-a players who are very impatient, I wouldn't recommend using this feature, and sticking to the 1v1.

A note for the Admis/Mods: Think about this feature. I know it may be difficult to make, but you could also place yourself in an ordinary n-a player and ask yourself, "Hey, this might not be a bad idea after all"

i think it would be nice if they made certain missions based on the anime tag team like when naruto and sauske fought haku in the first few episodes

But there's something I think you've excluded.. The experience gained from ladder matches.. Would that be the same? In my opinion there should be like 10%+ exp, due to that you only have 2 characters.

And I say yay to the pr. Team chakra.. Not the player.. But because it covers whole team, you should get 4 pieces of chakra for whole team.

Oh, and a last thing: Would your tag team partner be available to use some of the same characters as you? As of then you could have a team containing 2 shino's and 2 shikamarus/hakus.. Then you wouldn't be very vulnerable..

I vote: YES!!! ADMINS CREATE THIS NOW SO YOU CAN LET GO OF NERFING AWSHUM CHARACTERS!
