#17 Pein's bodies are not alive anyway, they are controlled by 1 person, hence, Nagto (The Main person) is alive, even if he's in a different body. Choza is most likly dead. He might be out cold. If someone uses all their chakra, they die, as Kakashi said to Sauske. Blocking someone's chakra is different, and, even then, the final attack of the Huyyga does kill on the final hit, barring exceptional things, like Kidomaru's Armor blocking the attack, or Naruto having the Kuubbi's Chakra. However, Kakashi is not dead just yet, and what did Tsunade say to her slug summon? Heal them with my chakra? As in, a Slug will show up, and inject some chakra from Tsunade into Kakashi. Tsuinade may die (She seems more than willing to now, with her whole 'I will live up to the title of Hokage thing, even though she's not fighting for Kohona), but she most likly will not, seeing her store of chakra in her forhead (Primarily for Creation Rebirth, but it might be a backup as well) The same for Choza, a slug could heal him too. A ninja never gives up.
