lol. i said ASIDE from the normal XP you will gain from the win, you will also gain xp for how many chars are left alive.

and btw, 10xp is jz a suggestion, duh!

and how can it be easier?

try levelling up when you reach jinchurruki and you'll know what i mean
characters missing: none
streaks: +15
highest rank: 1 (pre-crash) 1 (post-crash)
number of times reached hokage: 4 (pre-crash) 1 (post-crash)

1) An average 50exp given along with things listed below.
2) How many turns it took
3) how many charcter's/hp you have left
