banned i dont know why

#1 about a week ago i was banned for 1 week the reason for my ban is a mistake made by moderators not communicating this ban started by me getting my second warning by grymflame for spamming now i thought this warning fair and i had no problem check it out heres the spam then straight after receiving my 2 warning i was banned for the exact same spam but the moderator was just too stubern and wouldnt admit his rong he just wanted to be right do you think this is just a mistake and no further action should be taken or do you think the moderator was rong and should be punished becuase you never know the same thing could happen to you http://www.nick.com/avatarlegends/
