#6 We did not see Tsunade use chakra on her punches. I was thinking maybe if it really came from a slug technique, Sakura might not have mastered it yet that is why she is using chakra to have the same effect.

Well it probably puts alot of stress on the body, and you probably need to be able to say consistently heal yourself while using all that force. Constantly Healing yourself in small increments.
