#17 Well Itachis dead and Pein is alive. So I think Pein would win because he doesnt have much to do. Itachi would have to reincarnate and grow up again, by which time Pein will already be dead, so Itachi fails again.

#22 Itachi will win. Susanoo, Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi are beyond advanced ninjutsu, genjutsu, or kinjutsu. They are eye techniques. Susanoo can seal all the bodies of Pain, burn them with Amaterasu or immobilize them with Tsukuyomi. Even Naruto in Sage mode may not be enough to beat him.
