#1 Welcome to N-A/B's Custom Character Contest. The purpose of this topic is to allow talented character makers to be able to compete together, and show off their skills. Each week a different Naruto or Naruto Shippuuden character will be chosen as the theme, and all participants will make their character based on the theme. WARNING: READ THE RULES BEFORE POSTING! (Unless stated otherwise.) - Post your character using either the [/ img] or [url=] [/ url] codes. - If your entry uses extra skills, then please paste them into one single image. - DO NOT use animated gifs in your entry. - DO NOT use Manga or non-anime material. (Only Anime sources are allowed in your characters.) - DO NOT rip characters, skills, texts and/or pictures from other people. (This will automatically ban you from this contest forever.) - DO NOT mark on the template, with a symbol or text which identifies the maker. (This is to prevent votes being biased.) - DO NOT post your entry more than once. (Number of groups may be higher, with more participants). This will take place on Saturday, and the voting for groups will last approx 24hrs. - The entries with the highest number of votes from each group, will then proceed to a final vote, to decide 1 overall winner. #2 20/10/09 Eleemental's Resignation After running NBCCC for exactly a year now, it is about time for me to move on. I will quit being a main leader of NBCCC. The main reason for this decision, is that I'm unable to find enough time to manage NBCCC, due to work. So rather than let the standards of NBCCC fall, I will pass the role of main leadership to my trusted co-leader Lady_Hinata. Therefore this current topic will be closed, and a new NBCCC will be created to take its place. The new topic will also be created using a new account called "NBCCC". Thanks everyone for your support, and commitment to keeping this contest fun, fair and open to all. I will close this topic after this week's current theme(#53: Jiraiya(S)) is over, since its already started. So the next theme afterwards will be the start of the new topic. 23/05/09 Group Entries Disallowed In my quest to bring more fairness, and to create a more level playing field for all contestants. I have now decided to disallow team, or group based entries for regular themes. This means if you belong to a group of people who together create one entry between you, then this is no longer allowed. The reasoning behind this decision, is that those who are involved in these teams/groups will more likely be biased towards their entry, and thus will more easily gather more votes than an individual's entry. 30/03/09 Alternate Leader Just to let you know. If whenever I'm not around, then Lady_Hinata will be the alternate leader and she will post the groups and stuff. So listen to her and follow her instructions, and show the same respect to her as to me. 05/03/09 Rippers Recently there has been a lot of accusations of ripping. Although I do expect people to report them, if they find one. However there are some who just simply throw these accusations out there without justification and absolute proof. In future, anyone who attempts to accuse someone of ripping, then you must personally find solid evidence of it. Simply saying it looks similiar isnt good enough, and it leads to unneeded flaming and blaming. #5 heres mine. it seems a little underpowered but i think its actually well balanced, it has the ability to be a royal pain in the ass when used with the right teams.
