At the peak of their power, the Kage Legacies fought hard and long. Many were destroyed in the wake of their battles. However, a new threat came upon them, and they were soundly defeated. However from their ashes rose an even more powerful force, a force which will eradicate all in its path. It was then that the RLC was born.

Akatsuki Squad:

Leader: narutoanbu41

*Must be or have been at least Level 31 (Sannin)

*Must have at least 30 characters unlocked

*Must have a 70% or higher win/loss ratio

*Must do well in a batlle against this squad's leader

Elite Squad:

Leader: Unfilled

*Must be or have been at least Level 28 (Jounin)

*Must have at least 25 characters unlocked

*Must have a 65% or higher win/loss ratio

*Must do well in a battle against this squad's leader

Anbu Squad:

Leader: Unfilled

*Must be or have been at least Level 24 (Anbu)

*Must have at least 20 characters unlocked

*Must have a 60% or higher win/loss ratio

*Must do well in a battle against this squad's leader

Mist Squad:

Leader: Unfilled

*Must be or have been at least Level 18 (Missing-Nin)

*Must have at least 15 characters unlocked

*Must have a 55% or higher win/loss ratio

*Must do well against this squad's leader

Academy and Genin:

This rank is for players unable to join the other ranks

*Levels 1-10

*10 or less characters unlocked

*50% or lower win/loss ratio

Tournament Coordinaters:

*Must be organized, neat and quick with topics and have rules that make sense

Captains of War:

*Must be a skilled player and be able to lead wars when Clan Leaders are unavailable

Co-Leader:

*Only trusted members can be given this rank
