YES I KNOW IT SUCKS SO THERE IS NO NEED TO SAY THAT IT SUCKS.

I made this in a few minutes If you want to rate you can but i just wanted opinions on what moves,chakra,ect i can change about this character. I do plan to remake him but keep in mind im a beginner.

The reason i put nine tailed in the name is because i didnt want to put kyuubi.

Well . My first two characters weren't that great also , but still . I got it right with the third one. So don't worry . If you watch tutorials your bound to get it right

As for the "nine tailed" . Actually it makes Naruto sound like a pokEMOn . Also , he has only one tail here from what I remember . The Nine Tailed Naruto would be the Kyuubi itself.

Oh and about his attacks . His seriously underpowered man. Too much specific chakra.

Kyuubi strike to weak. 5 more damage on that kyuubi claw is a little low try beefing it up a little or maybe adding a stun to it.
