#5 dude lets set this straight Slash is good but compared to other people hes just an average player hes only famous for his hair and hat big fricken whoop and it eludes me why songs by Jimi Hendrix arent up there he was deemed best guitaris ever some Rage Against The Machine could be up there too afterall Tom Morello is The human toggleswitch the shit he does is said "The closest thing to Jimi Hendrixes style" which is bad ass i am a RHCP fan but you chose one of their weakest solos ever try All Around The World or Torture me pal PS I am a music enthusiast XD .::Ars Amatoria::. #7 Slash wasn't known just for his hat. Guns N' Roses didn't just get by with Axl Rose on the mic. While Axl Rose was the lead and sang the lyrics your face was then melted by Slash. Take a listen to Ain't It Fun, that is amazing in my opinion. If you don't hear any talent from that, I don't know what to say. Yeah, Hendrix was good, crazy good. #8 Frusciante is jesus. No joke. Get a picture and compare. He's also the best guitarist of our time in my opinion. Around the World and Torture me aren't very good examples of his skill though. Check out Snow (Hey Oh) or Hump de Bump or if you really want to hear him going crazy, listen to the Mars Volta, whom he often plays with, or listen to some of his solo recordings. #11 Yeah it shows their capability. And listen to a few songs: Ain't it Fun, Sweet Child O' Mine, November Rain, Civil War, Since I Don't Have You. All of it is pretty good guitar if not great.
