#107 Back when I did this character, lots of characters had a 60 offensive move. But now I look at it after some time (wow, this forum is dead ) I do realize it *is* overpowered. However, since the nerfs and boosts will continue to happen, and so will the changes, I'll not make any more edits, balance-wise.
