#1 My Yugito Nii, Enjoy or not. Okay before you say she is underpowered or overpowered please read why I made these chakra costs and cooldowns. Okay lets see I'll start off with Nibi Release for one blood she has 25 damage reduction for 2 turns seems overpowered but if you take a look at Naruto's clones he gains 20 unpiercable damage for 4 rounds for only 1 random big difference. Exploding tags I made so there could be a way to execute the full two turns of damage for her fireball. Stuns still can stop her fireball since its interupt. Fireball 20 damage for 2 rounds with the cost of a nin and random with alternate effects is well worth it, since she also can increase the damage to 30 per round with the added effect of chakra removal plus undefendable. Edit: Bad to compare characters but you know why I made them the way they are since her skills now help each other out to balance the character.
