I would have to say that I've been always in love with the art of Rurouni Kenshin, Nobuhiro Watsuki to be more exact. As far as things come to Buso Renkin and Gun Blaze West, I'm not fond of the art as much as I'm of RuroKen's. The art in the newer of Nobuhiro's work looks too much "new" and "rushed". Most of the things that were great with Rurouni Kenshin is missing with the newer two.

This goes little off, but I'm also greatly fond of Type-Moon's art.

Also Yoshiyuki Sadamoto's art is great, real pleasure to the eye.

Hmm..
Well, I do like the way Ken Akamatsu draws female and certain male characters, but other than that I'm not much fond of his art. It's too much of messing around digitally.

I have to also admit that I find One Piece's art very awkward. It just looks so..massive.

I've also fell completely in love with Shizuru Hayashiya's art. She's the author of Strawberry Shake Sweet. It reminds me a lot of Shoujo, but still not completely Shoujo.

Goseki Kojima is also great artist who I believe haven't quite received the right amount of attention for his art. Thought then again, I don't think that many people are fond of little "rough" art like that.

Ah, how could I forget. CLAMP. Their character design is great and their art in general is great, although it is little "repeated" in their series. But despite that, it looks great.

Hmm..now that I think of this, it is hard to pick "great" and those artists who's art really is above average or in general "good".

Despite my own dislike towards the series, that is no good excuse to say that the person's art itself would be bad. Akira Toriyama's art is kick ass. There's not much into it. I dislike the series, but I could stare at his art.

I also like Mera Hakamada's art. It really has the "doujinshi" kind of look in it which I think fits well for the series itself.

There's few other that I'm quite fond of, but I can't recall their names due my brain malfunctioning due the flu and fever. But I'll be sure to post the names of those once I can get a hold of their names!

well i think it realy depends on the story
if im reading a funny manga thats not very serious its nice to have them looking more cartoonish
but if its a serious manga it realy helps when they have less animated charecteristics

I like doing these, if I tell you to click one of these, feel honored.

Well, I have two major favorites within manga drawing, and those two are:
Akimine Kamijyo for the manga Samurai Deeper Kyo.
I love the way she draw Anger into the picture, and "effects" of the attacks used in the manga.

And, the best Manga and story maker in Japan in my opinion:
Hiroaki Samura, which made the manga Blade of the immortal.
The drawings is just simply art...it's beautiful art.
And the story is rather good as well...none to overpowered abilities, and realistic human movements are used in the manga. The only thing that might be counted towards overpowered, would be the main characters ability.

Somehow, this isn't me, but it's somehow close

He can make anything look awesome. His pencil drawings are so detailed and nice looking. And I enjoy in battle scenes. Samura also knows how to portrait a character well. Each of characters in BotI have his own story and you can manga manga with any of them as main character.
