Question about Sasori Mission

#1 Hi. One of the requirements for Sasori's mission says: Win 10 battles against any kage level ninja. (ie: Hokage, Kazekage...) (3/10) I just want to make sure, does Gaara/Gaara 2 count as Kazekage? I know First, Second, and Tsunade count. Also, i'm pretty sure we don't have Mizu/Tsuchi/Rai kages If Ichigo, Goku, Edward Elric, Link, Mario, Sora, Togepi, Kirby, Rockman, Bomberman, Luffy, Cloud, the Dark Magician, Yoh, Vash, and your mother were in Naruto Arena, they would be overpowered.

#2 Gaara, Rehab gaara don't count. Rehabilitated Gaara was not made KazeKage at the time. He was the Gaara that was fighting with Kimimaro. Try looking at the moveset. Woeful Spirit.
