All you can do is keep playing and learn the general game plan for each character. If you can map out all possible combos in your head, and keep track of how much chakra your opponent has, it's easier to land an ability... honestly, I think the ability should be extended to 2 rounds, but that's me.

#8 well, for starters, use the skill on someone who has at least one non-unique skill if you use the skill on someone like kidomaru, it won't copy anything because alll of his skills are unique tourneys won: 15 II latest tourney won II ava by michalv II sig by gy6
