Kazekage Gaara (S) N-A Engine

#1 this is my interpretation of kazekage gaara (s). please rate. if you say over/underpowered please say why. NOTE: the effect of Determination means that all enemy skills will target Kazekage Gaara (S) for the next 3 rounds. all skills used by Kazekage Gaara (S) will deal 50% more damage for the next 3 rounds. and Kazekage Gaara (S) will be unable to reduce damage or become invulnerable for the next 3 rounds. i dont think its that hard to understand but i put this in here just in case. NOTE 2: Shukaku Claw can be used on an ally or an enemy. if used on an enemy it deals 20 damage and stuns that enemy for 1 round. if used on an ally all effects of skills targeting that ally will be ignored for 1 round (note that this isnt invisible). i dont think its that hard to understand but i put this in here just in case. -sig and avatar by me N-A Engine Shippuuden Character Collection Seethe - Final Chapter Released Revolving Skies - Chapter 2 Released
