yea but if u actually read some info on her she hasnt done much here is a quote

"She is younger and less experienced than the first-term Illinois senator, and brings an ethical shadow to the ticket. A governor for just 20 months, she was two-term mayor of Wasilla, Alaska, a town of 6,500 where the biggest issue is controlling growth and the biggest civic worry is whether there will be enough snow for the Iditarod dog-mushing race."

At least she isn't a brown person :/
that sounds reallly racial maybe its jsut me

It's irony, love...

His vp choice was very well done. Not only is she female, she's a conservative, and also puts a monkey wrench in the democratic's campaign

This will make or brake McCain.

Will women flock ignorantly to McCain? Sadly, probably. Depends on how the media spins the story.

She's certainly not ready to lead the country IMO.

The women need to look through his fakeness. He is only picking her so the women would lean toward his vote. Basically, he is questioning the intelligence of women by saying that they are single minded and only look on appearances. Some may find that as an insult.

Well look at it this way, either Mccain made the greatest move of his life, or it's totally going to back fire.

Macain just lost cause of what he did.

The woman is a great person , but she is obviously not ready to be vice president. If macain was to die today , what would happent o america. I am pretty sure she wont be good enough to run the country.

I acualy thought macain had a chance though i knew he was never going to win , but after today i know for sure macain will lose , and for that i am glad.

I want change in this dump , and without change america will be in its worst ,im pretty sure Obama is the right person for this job.
Our world needs change
the change Macain cant give us
The change only Obama have
THE CHANGE
WE THE PEOPLE NEED

I actually think that she is more capable than Obama...Obama has no executive experience and most of his time at Washington has been spent running for president...

Sarah Whatchamacallher was governor and she has been fully employed by that purpose for the two years...

So, McCain may have improved his chances with her, especially among those blue collar women who wanted Hillary and hated Obama and trust me, there are a lot of them!

That's like saying the only reason that democrats picked a black guy is to encourage the vastly under performing african american population to run out and vote. Some may find it an insult that Obama is just a puppet to get their minority asses up to actually cast a ballot.

See how we can play that game with everyone?

I think it's good for McCain to have picked her, though I was really crossing my fingers for Lieberman. I would have loved to have seen the bipartisan ticket in a time when democrats and republicans are at such odds with each other. Obama spouts about there not being "red states" and "blue states", but the fact remains there is a great divide between conservatives and liberals right now.

I also love how people on the left have already begun to question her experience and try to chip away at it, when their candidate for president..not VP, but actual factual president, has a whopping 4 years experience in senate. Careful how hard you point the fingers of inexperience when your candidate has barely popped his cherry in the grand scheme of things.

Here is another quote

Quote by
Since moving into the governor's mansion in Juneau in December of 2006, Palin has earned a reputation as a reformer who worked with both Democrats and Republicans to overhaul the state oil-tax system and to restore confidence in state government shaken by political-corruption scandals.

In June, Republicans in Congress united to defeat a proposed windfall tax on oil companies, deriding it as a bad idea that would discourage investment in U.S. oil exploration.

But Palin overcame tough opposition from the Alaska oil industry to pass a major tax increase on state production to capture more of the windfall when prices are high.

"By receiving an equitable share for our resources, we are now in a position to demand more accountability and seize opportunities to save for future generations," Palin said in a statement released last December as she signed the next tax bill into law.

Even if she didn't show some serious fortitude and poise in taking on the oil company, the fact that she has one of the highest approval ratings of any governor in the country should be enough to show that it looks like she is finding time to do more than just keep an eye on those dog sled races.
