#11 Most annoying characters for one on one: Sakura(s) - Need I say more? Her self healing is real pain. Tsunade - Her ability to heal herself with her Rebirth and Summon is quite pain, despite the Rebirth's negative effect. Kakashi - Fifty percent possibility that he's going to counter your attack. Real pain. Gaara - If you ain't got Piercing damage, instant kill or able to stun for several turns in row, you're good as gone. Baki - Pretty much same as Gaara, but you'll dish out little damage per turn least.. Sakon - Self heal, affliction damage and on overall very good one on one character. Chouji - Meat tank, invulnerability, Meat tank. You're dead. Shizune - 25 damage for almost every turn. Doesn't require specific Chakra Itachi - Amaterasu and then stun for three turns. Very devastating. But basically I'd say against those people you'd get the most dragged out games. Of course it's all depending what chakra you get, how much damage has been dealt to the characters already and whatnot. Tsundere(s) - What makes anime worth it.
