#17 you fight higher level opponents when you get a better streak.The better the streak, the better the opponent.your opponent doesen't lose EXP, but you gain a higher amount if you fight, say sannins when you are a jounin and win. #20 Your kind of right. It sometimes does happen, because as your streak goes up the game places you with higher leveled opponents. The higher level they are, the more points you get. Usually, you get up to 300-400 for beating one around 3-5 levels higher, and thats probably why.

#24 It's true. When you win enough matches, with very few losses, then you gain more exp. This is the games way of trying to hasten your climb in the ladder to get you at your own obvious skill level. This way you don't hang around players that are worse then you and frustrate their own attempts to get better.
