But if you really need an explanation than here it is: those extra pupils are different than normal ones. They don't let light in, they catch chakra waves and stuff like that. Because of them they can see opponents movements clearly and can even predict them. WHat this man said is correct :) Can you name all of them :O?

#19 Biologically speaking the structure of sight can have any shape and any sub structures, the important thing is that it is prepare to make electrical impulses of EVERYTHING it perceives for example dogs can only see in black and white, this means that their eyes cant make electrical impulses to the brain for the difference in color spectrum other than different shades of gray. the other important thing is that the brain an interpret the great variety of impulses the eye can send for example a fly has like 1000 eyes that look lo almost 360 degrees this meas that his brain is able to decode all this signals and make a representation. I guess that as the structure of the eye changes (biologically many animals change their structures for different reasons some permanently and other temporarily) with the sharingan so dies the brain structure that decodes the signals making the specimen able to see accurate movements even if they were very fast and also to see the flow of chacra this could be explains as to have a receptor inside the eye for a specific energy frequency like for example beta waves etc. Now fot the MS that has no biological explanation for me, not for the eye structure but for the result of being able to get into someones mind and kill him,
