iruka(boosted?),gai's naughty nerf

#1 irukas other abilities are sweet but the shurikan thing should be boosted imo, because sakura(s) 25+piercing, i suggest maybe 10 over three or 15 over two myself when i look at gai's character i see way too much green, he should have something that could be used without it like other characters of his skill level in the series. i miss the old days of a black square on the counter-attack i suppose. i wanna use these characters but their abilities cancel out their advantages IMO.
