I think we know too little about kisames true ability so im going with the 8 tails. When did the 8 tails beat itachi? If sasuke used amaterasu surely Itachi could do the same. And anyway Itachi>Sasuke

since we have seen what the 8th can do. n all the attacks didnt have much affect since hebi is still alive.
kisame's attacks are still a mystery, but the few he has done almost killed 2 jounin's, 2 chuuni's... Yeah

Well we know Kisame is more than a match for Suigetsu, and Killerbee was also more than a match for Suigetsu, so really there is no good proof as to which one would prevail. They are both S rank, so the fact of the matter is that well will never know since 8 tails is as good as dead now.
