#7 I recommend using a p2p program such as WinMX or limewire. Also depending on how skilled u are and ure anime collection you could just find a sfx in a anime and just pull it out then use it for ure project. You could try Google . I got 26 million results for sound effects im sure one of those has a sound effect u could use.
