#1 Movie characters might be avaliable when the chars run out so mabie its really hard to measure and find the skills for the movie characters. So do you know some movie chars that hes 4 skills and the movie chars are unlike normal ones cuz they are hartd to find

#7 Hmmm I think, movie characters can may be good, but there are still much characters in basic Naruto series, (for example: Aoi: Guy from hidden rain village with sword of second hokage or Mizuki: I think he´s cool )

#9 Movie characters are counted as "filler characters" people. The Admins cleary stated that there will not be any fillers. If anything, they'll just be improving the game more or just leave it. You have a point about when everything is done with though. If Kishimoto doesn't bring out any new characters or a new generation, then fillers will most likely be added.
