Just to Get Stuff cleared
Genjutsu=Powerup
Taijutsu=Martial Arts
Ninjutsu=Ki
Bloodline=Race
Random=Random

This is Goku in the beginning of DBZ.During this time,his special move was spirit bomb.

Kaioken:This skill makes Goku(Early) invulnerable for 1 round.Cooldown 4 Cost 1 random

Kamehameha:Goku(Early) shoots a condensed beam of ki doing 25 damage to an enemy target.Cost 1 ki

Give Me Energy:Goku(Early) stores up his energy.If used once,spirit bomb is enabled and kamehameha does 35 damage for 4 rounds.If used twice,spirit bomb will do 50% more damage for the remainder of the time,during this time,kaioken can not be used.Cooldown 5 Cost 1 powerup

Spirit Bomb:Goku(Early) uses his most powerful move doing 40 damage and stuns an enemy target.Cooldown 1 Cost 1 ki 1 random

use a template and it would be better
