#346 lol...people make mistakes at that lvl, trust me, it might be more of disagreeing on what the "right" move would be, but they do, and i did it at lvl39-40 and played against akatsuki . It isn't really just a chakra draw though...if you believe that then you also believe that thats all the game is in general, and it isn't, its much more about the strategy your using for your team and how you use it then the chakra draw. Yah, it comes into play every now and then, but top tier teams strive for consistency, t'is how it works.

#347 oh i well know that yodaz and i'm using both top tier team's which are as consitant as i can get them and non top tier but still with a strategy and diverse chakra but..... as it is i either get chakra screwed as i've said or they get perfect chakra and play perfectly i have all characters and if they all go kablooyey i want them back straight away lol not doing everything again for any reason whatsoever 22/5/08 naruto arena the manga held back temporarily 06/05/08

#348 i just used KBD in a pb with isOhunteR and i must say,i think he is slightly OP.his main prob is his prison.i constantly spammed it on his one character,only stopping to use his EWSW and finishing with sharks.I think it should have atleast a 1 turn C/D.with the 0 C/D,i was able to make one of his characters useless for most of the entire game.Im just saying this (even though i love usin him now) so he is balanced. Skills such as those cannot be copied; clearly stated on the description of the move. #352 i agree with hellkaiser, once streaks get to a certain point it is no longer skill based, because any above average player can get a 4 streak, but once it gets up to 6 it starts meaning you need that same skill but also alot of luck because in 6 games it is quite easy to run into a team that has jaraiya and just happens to get the exact chakra he needs or even worse vs orochimaru and he gets perfect chakra burning 3 of yours since you just happen to be unlucky and get the perfect stuff to be burned, now i don't think +6 is that horrible since it can be done with a decent amount of time and skill but once it gets up to +8 it really has too much luck involved, i'm not saying it doesn't take skill i'm saying that you need too much luck compared to skill, because even the best player will ussually get chakra screwed no matter how well his team is put together unless he is pure random and then another team will beat his pure random team because they happened to get the chakra they need and so they do way more damage for the chakra they are spending also the reason why he can't do prep skills is a coding reason correct, my guess is it copies the exact move over, then if you had copied the move say rasengan it would check to see if you had shadow clones on and it'd say no you don't so you cannot use this move, then you'd have a useless rasengan move for 4 turns everyone unlocked as of july 19 2008

#353 exactly zeke but when it comes to streaking anything over 4 it take's a godly team which there just isn't any of in n-a at the moment even using kisame bd with his slight op he still get's pwned repeatedly and his water shock is rarely ever useful it's his stun i'm abusing but still it's a bit annoying when you're playing for a couple of hours and every time you get to 5+ you get beaten by someone with amazing chakra or a better team or even worse the guy's who play in quick game but aren't on a mission and then deliberately beat you with their top tier team just to be a$$holes lol ugh time to get my mission swapping avatar on :P i have all characters and if they all go kablooyey i want them back straight away lol not doing everything again for any reason whatsoever 22/5/08 naruto arena the manga held back temporarily 06/05/08

#354 Well first of all thx u luapman for answering me question. Secondly Tsunade and Gaara Rehab will never count as Kage because they wore never intended to be Kage(in N-a of course). Like someone said before me the skills designed are before of the time they actually become Hokage/Kazekage. But i do have a suggestion to change the 10 wins against a Kage: 5 wins against Kankuro 5 wins against Sakura(s) Next Itachi.....he is so OK right now. I knew he would get nerfed after a plus to 15 damage (LOL) that was never going to last. i think 13 is a huge damage given the design of the character. He is a support character with stun/affliction/Invul to physical(invulnerability to around 80 skill). He is a great character. A awesome one that does not require any change. And those who say he is weak.....are sure you are playing Itachi...or itachi BD (joke). Edit: I agree with Hellkaiser.....anything over a, let's not say 4, I'll say 5 is very hard to accomplish at Jounin level. #356 I'm with you guys on the streaking! I got lucky with Neji for Neji (S) but Kakashi has been screwing me over for days. I'm not a noob and I don't suck, I've got every other character and I've gotten 7/8 with Kakashi over 10 times. At a certain point its ridiculous. Its not like I'm not trying or I'm using a bad team because I can get to 7/8...but I can't just get that last one so far. Chakra screwed all the time basically. As for the Kage argument. Gaara Rehab should not be because Gaara (S) will have to be. However they designed Tsunade during her battle with Orochimaru during which she proclaims "I am the 5th hokage!" Thus meaning she accepts her role and is considered the fifth. Also, her description says that she is the 5th hokage. It's not for me, I already have Sasori. However, for everyone else she should be considered the hokage. Again on Itachi, I've lost to him one on one far more times than I've won. I have a 100 health Chiyo that lost to a 30 health Itachi cause he got great chakra. My point, he's fine the way he is. All missions done (Including the new 3 ) Be the Ultimate Ninja! Play Billy Vs. #360 Non balance problem, but... Kakashi Sharingan - This turn any new enemy skill that targets Kakashi that is not unique will instantly be reflected back upon the enemy who used it. This skill is invisible to enemies. There is a problem with this skill, it can only counter non-unique skills. How is that a problem? There is simply too many character skill to remember which skill is unique. Last time it only can't counter skills that use bloodline chakra. For example I didn't knew Sakon's Gatling Punch is unique. Or Kimimaro Dance of the Camellia is unique. Those two moves cost me a game each. Ok I know you guys will say its unique because of the anime/manga. Yes I know, but I just can't remember. Another same problem is Neji(s) countering chakra skills. What exactly is chakra skill? Skill that remove, absorb chakra? Not all, Kusanagi doesn't count as chakra skill. Again to know which is chakra skill, we need to recall from the anime/manga. Thats just too much to remember just to play a game. Solution : Either allow us to see your opponent character skills description (the static, unique etc labels) in battle, or change Sharingan to countering any skill that doesn't use bloodline chakra, but increase its cooldown to 2 or 3 turns. Its easier to remember what chakra a character uses, cause we all need to know that to build teams. We don't need to know what skill is unique or chakra to build teams.
