Waking up with sweat down my face,frantically,I ran to the window.I saw what I never thought I'd live to see.Flames from multiple houses across the street.The wind was blowing in the direction of my house.I didn't hesitate,I ran outside.Then it occured to me.Nobody called 911?How is that possible?
My hands trembling,I could barely hold my cell phone.I dropped it into a pile of ash.
I had no time to worry about it.I just ran.I stole some kid's bike so I could travel faster.I kept coughing,but I assumed it was from the smoke.I noticed I was jittery.Too moving.Couldn't focus.
Things began getting blurry.I was concerned,the fires didn't do this.It was freezing,I had a massive headache.I was wearing a burnt t-shirt and pants.I was passing a park,as I fell off my bike.I was shaking like crazy.I feared I was having a seizure,and I was.When I came to,a young boy was sitting next to me.
"Are you okay?Your shivering badly."
He was only like 7.I lifted my head.
"What happened?"
He looked at me and shrugged.
"I'm Kyle.All I know,you were shaking,mumbling and rolling around."
He chuckled and then handed me a sweater.
"Thank you.I think I had a seizure but I'll be fine."
Kyle looked at me.
"See-sure?"
He said it like that.I nodded.I didn't intend to teach him.I stood up and began walking.I had a fear I'd encounter another 'episode'.
"Wait!!What if you have another See-smer??"
Kyle had no knowledge of saying anything correctly.
"Leave me alone.You served your purpose to me.Where's your parents?"
Kyle frowned.He clenched his fists.
"I HAVE NO MOMMY OR DADDY!!!"
He began sobbing.I decided to take him along.He kept clinging to me,asking me things as if I was his mother.
"Quit looking mad.I'M SICK OF YOU!BE HAPPY OR DIE!"
I had enough already.
"Kyle,shut the hell up.Atleast I have a father."
After I said that,guilt took me over.Kyle ran away.I traveled on,but Kyle kept coming to my mind.As I passed a pizza place,the door was open.I heard there was a tornado coming from the east.At first I didn't care.Then I remembered Kyle ran to the east.I immediatley began running.I stopped to find the most horrific thing.
