Mission Requirement help.

#1 Hey I'm trying to get sakura S. in order to get neji S. and Kakashi S. I was a jounin and found it too hard to win without many good characters if I tried using sakura. Anyway, can you complete mission requirements before you hit the required level to view the mission. For example can i get five wins in a row with sakura and do the wins and then hit genin and be done with the mission?
