#20 I was fighting him few times and i can tell one thing... For me he is hopeless... Why? Because for me Genjutsu user he can't do anything ^^ Kurenai, Ino,. Oboro can kill him very very fast - 4-5 rounds ;-) And everyone who used him against me lost. So he is underpowered pretty much. That is only character from (S) class which i can't take serious. Why his kaiten is equal to replacement skill? What a lie! It should deal AoE 20-25 dmg! In fight Neji vs Neji in manga and anime He was using Kaiten as ADVANCED OFFENSIVE TECHNIQUE! So i don't understand why it is equal to replacement skill... chakra disruption should be exchanged with kaiten which should look like more powerfull form of old kaiten... @EDIT: Try Neji Hinata Tayuya :-) Never before i made 8 wins in row so fast :>

#23 Neji (s) is the perfect example of a situational juggarnaut. On one hand, if he's going up against a team like Sasuke - Sakura - Naruto (Team 7), then yes, he's going to rip them apart, and all of his skills are going to be devistating to the opposing team. On the other hand, if he's going up against something like 1010-Zaku-Tayuya, you're looking at getting your ass handed to you, because not one of their abilities can be countered by Kaiten, and two of their chakra colors are untouchable. Some people might like how focused he is in one area, but at the end of the day, he's not going to have any room in peoples' team list, if he doesn't get balanced a bit to be useful across the board. Oh, and /bump.
