#3 sai : 8/10 ( super beast attack is overpowered ) kisame : 7/10 ( water prison teh is underpowered ) yamato : 6/10 ( its nothing special.. its like 1st ) sasuke (s) : 8/10 ( kinda overpowered but is good.. ) neji (s) : 9/10 ( i like it ) kankuro (s) : um.. 8/10 ( is good... ) that means 7.66/10 overall

#4 Super beast attack by Sai should do 30 damage AOE SPying mice should unable enemies to defend and cooldown raised to 4. Kisame 's Goshoku should be interruptible, instead of canellable. cooldown 5 turns and is prep based. Water prison 3 turn cooldown and 1 nin 1 random cost. Make Yamato more unique since he's an exact clone of the current shodaime....though a bit different... Sasuke is awesome Make Neji's jhuken 1 tai cost. His 64 palms should stun for 1 turn only and drain the following 3 turns. Hasengeki's cooldown should be 3 and should be interruptible. damage should be 35 Kankuros poison should unable defence for 2 turns only and cost 3 random Stun should cost 1 random. Karasu Limbs should do 25 piericng damae and 1 cooldown and 35 more damage when used right after the stun. Overall 7.5/10 ^Click it, yo.

#5 Sai is waay too weak 1 prep and 2 chakra for just 25 dmg. Kisame is A little weak Try changing that stun attack to 1ran and 1 nin. I like sasuke the way he is. Neij is a chakra God. XD No comment. No comment on Kankuro. Sweet Dreams! Susmade<3
