Here you go, the long promised Reward System, based on the Naruto anime.

*Basically you have to choose one or two or your favourite Naruto (anime only) characters and pick one or two Jutsu styles that those characters are using: Taijutsu, Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, Bloodline. To make it more easy for you, you will see a list of the Naruto characters and their abilities. You can also find a list of all Jutsus (and not only) here.

Naruto Uzumaki: Taijutsu (e.g. Uzumaki Rendan), Ninjutsu (e.g. Rasengan)
Sasuke Uchiha: Taijutsu skills, Ninjutsu (e.g. Chidori), Genjutsu (Sharingan), Bloodline (Sharingan)

*Now all you have to do is to pick two characters if has each of them has only one Jutsu type (Jutsus between parentheses don’t count, they’re only results of the first Jutsu type) or only one character if has more than one Jutsu type.

*The next phase is to form 3 members teams by choosing, not necessarily a different Jutsu type user to make a so called “balanced” team (e.g. Nin+Tai+Blood; Nin+Tai+Gen; Nin+Gen+Blood etc.), but by friendship bounds. In the next part you will see the Teams List:

*You can see that after every team there is a section that says “# Chakras, # Medals”. Now we’re getting closer by the Reward System phase. It’s very simple:
-If you participated in a Clan War and our clan won, you will receive 1 Chakra for your team.
-If you participated in a Tournament (not only :|:AA:|: Tournaments), you will receive 1 Medal for your team.

*This way we’re encouraging friendly competition between members of our clan and stimulates us to participate (and win) as many Wars and Tournaments as we can.

*Important Rule: once you joined a team, you’re not allowed to leave it in order to join an other one.
