and it's just 99 damage, that character has not dead yet and can still earn you a chakra next round
and if you have 50 HP, you lose only 49 not 99

well i like all the moves execpt for this one. I think the pic you should use is the one when sakrua is pinned up against the tree and does the same ammount of damage but like makes her invuniably for the next 3 turns. something to even out the damae lol.

wtf are u guys talking bout?....are u guys on crack or something cuz thts the stuff right there....who cares if its over powered?..imagine if u have it? LOL....and instead of manda i tihnk u should use gamabunta :D....and for the sleep thing it shouldnt be all 4 LOL...just 2ninjutsus and one genjutsu :D....and it shouldnt be a one hit kill....thing...he uses tht attack to do 50-60damage and 3stuns will wake him up and do 60damage lolll n he cant use it again after :D

You call reducing 1 enemies Hp to 1 in 2 turns not overpowred? you find 60 damage to all in 2 turns not overpowered?

i am really starting to think if you even know what overpowered means/is
