#6 which one do you mean overpowered? #9 Manda is a bit dicey.... Ichibi is overpowered, can do 99 damage? Overall 7.5/10 Also, you need to put less 'good's in the poll. At least put 1 'bad'. ||iShar||iByakFX||

At least put 1 'bad'. i cost 4 different chakra and one more nin to deal 99 damage and it's just 99 damage, that character has not dead yet and can still earn you a chakra next round and if you have 50 HP, you lose only 49 not 99 itsn't it too cheap or overpowered? huh?
