#20 i think it depends on what team your using. if you have to prep then its nice to go first. but otherwise i would rather go second

#22 It usually doesnt matter to me... especially when I have a team like Naruto-Sakura- Kankuro. If I'm first I prep Naruto and on the second turn you have a good chance of a 2 turn stun on anyone with out the other guy knowing who it'll be. If I were to prep Kank first they'd have an idea of whats gonna happen. Its good to switch up though, keeping the other person guessing on what they think is gonna happen is a good way to win.
