For the right team..she is arguably the best support character on the game..that being said..still kinda weak for someone like Chiyo...

Kankuro has a AoE affliction move that does 3*10 afflicion dmg, a preperation that makes stuns one turn longer and an attack for 3 random chakra that deals awsome 65 dmg to the preped target and 45 to any other target....

Shigure deals 3*15 AoE dmg for 2 random chakra ( after prep for 1 random chakra) + 30 dmg for one affected opponent for a cost of another random chakra.....

Plz think about her again.....

first of all there is a melee skill over 60 its choiji he does 80 and she would work good with him,and th eone that cost 3 chakra it also ingnores invul and stuns them so..it is useful

Now I tried different teams with lee (didn't get gai yet) and found myself proven right.

Lees move is an instant killer anyway.I know of a few commonly used chars that could resist it with their dmg reduction.Against lots of these chars even +25% dmg is a joke ^^

for example sasuke: he gains 50% dmg reduction....that means even with chiyos skill u still can't kill him in on shot.

it only works on less dangerous chars that u could kill later on as well....for example gaara or kiba, the only really dangerous char with dmg reduction that comes to my mind is sakura but I wont take a char with me only to kill one certain char XD

The second thing: if u want her as supporter u can only use her for that skill cuz her other 2 skills will take all ur chakra. wow, u can stun somebody, but what is the meaning of that when u can't do something afterwards cuz u have no chakra left?

The next thing:if you use her as a supporter for lee u'll need another killer like gaara or a stunner....those chars use mainly ranged attacks that wont be buffed by chiyos skill if lee dies making her useless cuz u can't afford to waste chakra if u only got 2 chars left.

If u just have chiyo and lee left u need real luck that u get green chakra otherwise ur dead cuz u can't deal dmg with chiyo.

About Choji: u can be sure that she is dead before choji took his 3rd pill ;-) she got no dmg reduction and her stun skill costs 3 fucking chakra !!!!

Yes, she is a support character. Yes, no one in their right mind would use her 25% skill. The 2 random for 40 damage over 2 turn isnt very appealing.. not only is the target randomly chosen, but they can go invul the second time around. The 3 chakra move that stuns and ignores invul can help i guess. When you fight people like lee or gai, but other than that, unless you want to finish someone off who went invul with 20 hp, its useless.

Overall, she uses puppets, so we expected random, and her skills are nice, but she needs a little boost on damage and the bonus needs to move up to 50%.

Seriously, first of all, i dont see why the hell didnt they put sasori first lol... of course, they had to put his grandma first not him himself... o well

Second, yes, i also find she sucks a bit, but im sure shes gonna b nerfed (well i really hope so) i dont see why u should put a 3 random chakra atack that does 20 damned piercing damage.... her other skill that dows 25% more dmg/def is 1 random chakra ; overall, its NOT BAD at all, but here a 33%, or 50% BUT costing 2 random would be really better, since it lasts only 2 turns. Finally her last skill asks for 2 random chakras and does 20+20 dmg, but to a fukin RANDOM enemy... why a RANDOM enemy? seriously, 20 + 20 dmg to a chosen enemy is ok, he can block or stun chiyo if he doesnt want to get hit by the second attack, thats it...i think they were just scared of overpowering the new shipuden chars, but here they just made a new ''Not special at all, maybe jsut weak'' cahracter

Many a hybrid team will be lead by this fiercesome old woman. Her support is obvious, but I think her overall utility will make her a team favorite in no time.

Chiyo is hella weak. The other characters are decently strong, but Chiyo is the embarrasment. Even though she is random, it really isn't worth it.

They need to lower White Secret Attack Taijutsu Rampage's cooldown from 2 to 1. Then it would be a weaker version of Neji's attack. Sanbou Kyuukai Is fine in my opinion becasue you can attack past invulnerability with it. Great vs. Haku, Lee, or if you need to nail Gaara. Her Ally Puppetry needs to be boosted to 50% though.

Ya know what I kinda noticed...if Chiyo's your only character left, you just might die if your low on chakra; however, she goes together well with Tsunade and Sakura (s)..almost all Tai users.

i think she will get changed soon probably.. but as i see it at least she isn't overpowered and is useful in some teams atm

i agree she sux but im currently unlocking itachi body double(s) for now and then i will unlock sakura (s) and 1010(s) and wen she is made stronger then im unlocking her

I rather expected she would have a skill of sacrifice, to transfer all her hitpoints to another character, even dead one. Then, she would be a balanced supporter.

Chiyo is amazing. If Lee gates, I'd rather spend my 3 chakra on a skill that does 20 damage and stuns than invul all my characters.

20 damage for a random is amazing. 'Nuff said.

Yeah, I agree with you on the ally skill, but the ally also receives DR and that ally is affected for 2 turns.
