Sorry i got some of the other anime confused with something else. The world of Love and Hate titles where changed about a year ago, just slighty, I can't find it... Hell why did i even list it? Lol I forgot the main character and her little sister name and that dude. Nermia probably have the best theme song ever.

edit: Know i remember! I read the Manga for alot of these Anime. The Manga's haves way more episode.

As for Zombie Loan, there were 11 episodes aired on TV but there are two more episodes that are only available on DVD. Lately I saw a release of episode 12 on anime-stop. I didn't watch that episode yet though. The anime wasn't really all that good to me.

Well i've watched a lot of Anime over the years. Heres some of them and the amount of Ep.

Steel angel kurumi(First season): 26 ep Heard, haven't had time to watch
S-cry-d: 24 eps Heard, not interested.
RahXephon: 57 ep. Planning to watch in the future
Neon Gensis Evangelion: 27 eps. + Movie Seen, loved it.
YuYu hakusho: 110 episodes. 3 movies, and an series finally movie. Heard of, not interested.
A world of love and hate: 36 episodes Not sure to exactly what series you're referring by this.
Nerima daikon Brothers (not exact titles: Amount of ep are not known.) Heard, not interested
UFO/Valkrey: 20 episodes per season (3 seasons) Seen first season, been stalling the remaining two.
Zombie loan: Amount of ep. is not known Heard of, but not interested.

Most of these titles are probably unknown to most of you. If you ask I will glady fill you in with whatever anime you ask for in this list.

But yeah, those are quite common series for those who have scratched deeper than the surface.
Some series all of you should get to known in either of the two format would be:
GUNNM / Battle Angel Alita

Rurouni Kenshin in manga or the OVAs.

Shingetsutan Tsukihime, Visual novel if you can get your hands on it or manga. Lastly you should rely on the anime.

Kara no Kyoukai, the novels of course if you can read Japanese, but if you can't, watch the movies. Actually you should do both if possible. Although there's rumors of the novel coming out in English..someday..maybe.

Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha trilogy, one of the Mahou Shoujo series that do things differently.

Crest / Banner of the Stars Series. Great space opera with clear and good plot. Only read novels if you can read Japanese, the English novels aren't really that good. Anime is quite good. Not sure of manga.

Do you feel like shredding few manly tears? Watch Clannad, Kanon(2006) and Air.
Haven't seen the last of the three, but from other's comments it's quite similar to the two others.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. This series needs no explanation to why you should watch it.

Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien, The Eternity You Desire, Rumbling Hearts. Very much the same as Air, Kanon(2006) and Clannad, only more mature than the three as far as I know. All the three names mentioned on the first row are just alternative titles for the series.

Grave of the Fireflies, very emotional story.

Jin-Roh, a lot like Akira, I would say it's just as great. Haven't gotten enough of attention that it deserves.

Orguss and Orguss 02, If you can find subs or the DVD, watch it. Haven't gotten the amount of attention it deserves.

Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei & Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei. Great animation with great humor, rivals with Azumanga, if not even better.

Hmm, there's few series that I believe are must see, if you've not seen them yet..
Thought there's few not so important ones too.

Now that you mention Battle Angel Alita (GUNNM) there is no anime for that series. Only a 2-episodes long OVA (35 minutes each episode). Sad but true, maybe once manga is finished someone creates an anime.

You say Jin-Roh is a lot like Akira... that's good enough for me. *starts downloading Jin-Roh*

Yeah well I meant the OVA series or manga. Both are great.

Hoh, I just now realized that for this week I've only viewed three episodes of anime.
Luckily (or not?) I'm quite feverish feeling currently which can lead me to be sitting in my bed tomorrow and watch whole day of Scrapped Princess and once done with it, Gunslinger Girl.

I need to find something awesomely heaven's breaking series to watch.
/off to do some self-research.

The Girl Who Leapt Trough Time is the right choice.

Something that I'm not waiting to get money to buy the DVD box.
I've been so tempted to watch Arjuna, Voices of a Distant star, FLCL and Serial Experiments Lain for so long now. But I rather wait for the DVDs. Especially for FLCL. The box I'm planning to get has got quite an amount of additional extras within it. See this.
But yeah, I'm trying to find something that I would not find on DVD and if I would it would be too expensive or not available for me anyways. Thought I do make exceptions for some series, but Girl Who Leaped Through The Time I will get the dvd when I find it for decent price.

But yeah, I'm currently watching one of the first Detective series for a long time.
First it was X-Files, which I loved by the way, then came Case Closed which I dropped shortly after few volumes and now, Yakushiji Ryoko no Kaiki Jikenbo. Ryoko's Case File.
Reminds me a lot of X-Files. I'm waiting for the episode with Maids 'n Guns to come.

I read it for awhile, but then for some reason I stopped reading it. I don't know why thought.

It's gotten awfully quiet here in the past week.

And it might get even more quiet. In less than 7 hours I will be going to a city (collage stuff) and there is a possibility that I might not have any internet for first few days.

But I'll be back to my hometown at the end of the week so... see you than, if I don't have internet.

So..let's try awaken some sort of discussion here.

Title of discussion: Your favorite anime OP & ED, why, from what anime and again, why you chose that one? Does it fit the series? Is the singer good? Band's got no other good tracks than the OP/ED and so on.

Name your ultimately favorite series. One series, no more, no less. You are now forced to name one above others. Reasons also why you chose this over the other favorite series of yours and of course as others post, why you think your favorite is better than someone else's !

Spoiler
This is a feeble attempt to create discussion here. If you got better ideas, by all means spit it out!
