#20 kuenai is not supposed to counter the skill.The character which u do tree bind on will get hit but the enemy will get stunned after he does his move but i'm not sure why did sakon did his punch the next turn Tournys won 21 TIA bishes

#21 Finally this is fixed. The move was changed too. It works now even if the 'damage' didn't do damage..
