The first use of Major Summoning Gamabunta no longer has a cooldown. Subsequent uses have a 4 turn cooldown.
Orochimaru
The first use of Major Summoning Manda no longer has a cooldown. Subsequent uses have a 4 turn cooldown.
Tsunade
The first use of Major Summoning Katsuyu no longer has a cooldown. Subsequent uses have a 4 turn cooldown.
Lee
Fifth Gate Opening now has a 1 turn cooldown.
Hinata
Hinata Gentle Fist is back to removing 2 random chakra rather than 1 bloodline and 1 random.
Naruto (s)
Mass Shadow Clones will do 10 damage to any enemy who uses a skill on him while it is being used. It still ignores those skills.
EDIT: This effect has been moved to Kyuubi Boost as it will not function properly on Mass Shadow Clones.
Gai (s)
View Gate Release has been significantly altered. Check the skill on his character page or the in-game character selection screen.
Asa Kujaku now cost 1 taijutsu and 1 bloodline.
Anko
Twin Snakes Mutual Death now does 15 affliction damage.
Dual Pin is no longer canceled by stunning Anko.

Needle and Bell Trap and Unnerving Bells both have a 1 turn cooldown now.

Demon Brothers
Chain Wrap now allows Chain Shred to be used on the affected enemy the following 3 turns rather than the following 2 turns.
Gai (s)
Nunchaku Taijustu only costs 1 taijutsu now. (This skill is now the most cost efficient Dot)
Anko
Hidden Shadow Snake Hand may now be used while Dual Pin is being used but it ends Dual Pin.
Dual Pin no longer has to be used a second time to end it, instead HSSH must be used on an enemy.

Destructible defense of Birth of the Trees is reduced to 30.
Nidaime
Bringer of Darkness is no longer ranged or mental. For one turn enemies may not use melee skills on Nidaime's team. The cost is 1 genjutsu and the cooldown is 1 turn.
Water Collision Destruction now only counter ranged physical skills.
Water Assault no longer counters melee skills but instead the affected enemy cannot have beneficial skills (except conditions) used on them that turn.

Creation Rebirth costs 2 ninjutsu now.

Water Collision destruction no longer counters. Instead it reduces the damage of all enemies' ranged skills by 10 for its duration.
Tsunade
Creation Rebirth will end if Tsunade is reduced to 0 health rather than keeping her alive and healing her.
Itachi
Tsukuyomi now costs 2 genjutsu.
Kyuubi Naruto
Kyuubi Rage does 15 affliction damage initially now instead of 10.
Anko
Dual Pin now does 5 damage to the affected enemy each round.

Cutting Whirlwind has been reworked. It now does 20 damage to one enemy and makes her invulnerable to enemy physical skills for 1 turn.

Sound Manipulation now costs 1 ninjutsu. (This change MAY be temporary depending on the results.)
Zaku
Extreme Air Cutter may be used only 1 round after Air Cutter is used. Extreme Air Cutter no longer has a cooldown.

Melody Arm Tuning lasts 5 turns and has a 5 turn cooldown.

WSA Taijutsu Rampage cost 1 random and has a 1 turn cooldown.
Sanbou Kyuukai costs 2 random.
Ally Puppetry has a 1 turn cooldown.
Sakura (S)
Chakra Enhanced Punch does 25 piercing damage.
Trained Healing costs 1 random.
Self Heal heals Sakura for 30 health and costs 1 ninjutsu.

Kakashi (S)
Kakashi Mangekyou costs 1 bloodline and 1 genjutsu chakra.
Team Tactics lasts 4 turns and has a 5 turn cooldown.
Kisame Body Double (S)
Explosive Water Shock Wave lasts 4 turns.
Water Prison Technique does 10 affliction damage and has a 1 turn cooldown.

Great Beast Painting Lion does 35 damage.
