#62 Theme: Make the best - most balanced draconian hinata Shippuuden, how many tails you want. I am officialy starting new Create-a-character contest, where all experienced and unexperienced character makers will be competiing. Rules: You must to participate only with one self-made character. You must to post your character in this thread, directly. (not in [url=][/ url] code) You must to use one of the following templates: click - Credits to ELEMASTER click - Specialy edited by me. You must have done your character in paint & photoshop & gimp, etc. You musn't spam/double post. You musn't multiply vote. You musn't re-post your entry. You musn't whine your If I didn't choose your character in final poll. (Reasons: Unbalanced, there were better than yours ) You must speak english in the thread You musn't steal characters/ideas/pictures - Instant ban of participating If u miss up with ur entry or it doesnt work right, just use the edit button. Do not post your entry again. If you break any of rule, I'll warn you and you'll be written on warning list. If you break any of rule again, you won't be able to participate, until I recall your sins. How will the contest work: - You will have 5 days to make your character. - I will pick 8 random characters, that will seem to me balanced. - Each week I will announce the contest's theme, the character to create. - After I pick the 8 the characters, I will create a new thread with the poll. - You can post your characters until Friday 14:00 GMT+1. On Friday 16:00 GMT+1 new thread with poll will officialy start and ends on Sunday 20:00 GMT+1. Weekend is the time, when you can vote. - If there's a tie, I will decide the winner. - If theme lacks 8 entries, then it doesn't matter and poll will still go. Even if there are only 2 or 3 entries. (Less people = more chance to win ^_^) Q: How to I post my character in this thread? A: Use this picture uploader, when the picture is uploaded, right-click on the picture and copy the picture's url. #72 @Junyu, stun and damage reducity last for 2 rounds? BOTH? Totally overpowered. I recommend to change the stun and damage reducity both to 1 round, 'than I'll think about your entry.
