#1 Only a few chosen members have a gridlock on their ranks. The others including Captains can loose there rank for various reason. Rule breaking or un-approval from the other Captains. We are in need of an excellent gfx'er. If you have the skills needed to decorate this page, make sigs, avatars, and/or userbars you will be granted a seat as one of the 13 Court Guard Captains. #2 ((NOTE)) Sub Ranks: Shikai Bankai This rank is more cosmetic than anything for the Captains but holds some meaning for their Lieutenants/Vice Captains. All Captains have obtained both the Shikai and Bankai of there Zanpakuto. But only Lieutenants with a skill surpassing that of a normal Lieutenants will be give the sub-rank of Bankai. (pending) means the stat is unknown at the moment No one has been assigned to a specific Squad Division at the moment. This will be done later as with other pending subjects. #4 Central 46 Chambers - Highly respected Seireitei Advisors The 13 Court Guard Squad Division Captains - Equal leaders of the clan, mentors The 13 Court Guard Squad Division Lieutenants- Second in command, Captains Assistants, Squad role models The 13 Court Guard Squad Division Seats- Foundation of Seireitei, They're what makes this clan a clan Soul Reaper Academy Students- All New Recruits evaluation period. Background check. All N-B rules apply Follow the chain of command Do not engage in war with other clans without permission granted by a council of the Captains Do not host unofficial tourneys in the name of Seireitei without permission granted by a council of the Captains Do not impersonate a superior officer nor claim to have orders or permission that is untrue Captain Do not abuse your power and/or rank Do not bash members or non members Do not give criticsm with the intent to inflict mental harm on another Must have read the information on the clan to be accepted. You will be questioned to see if this has been done. Begging to be a Captain will most likely deny that possibility and if you become too annoying you might be expelled from Seireitei. Note: No member, regardless of rank, is exonerated from these rules. Punishment will be issued and in some cases a member might be temporarily banned or even permanently removed from the clan any Seireitei tournaments.[b/] [b]Only one requirement is needed to be tested for Captain - Be very active. - Have a streak equivalent to that on the top ten highest streaks - Highest old ladder rank preferably top 20 - Highest ladder at the top of the new ladder - Talented GFX'er - High post count (Preferably Missing-Nin forum rank) - Moderator (Instant Acceptance if position is available or a standing Captain stand down to allow an opening.) - Answer a strategic question satisfactory. ex. What team would you use to counter specific waller team? - Pass the psychological evaluation test. You cannot be tested to be Captain of a squad if no position is available unless otherwise stated. Passing only one of these test will also grant you Bankai status regardless if you become Captain or not. - To have personal recommendations from at least 5 captains and approval from at least 3 of the remaining 8. - Defeat 5 acting Captains 2 out of 3 tries each. - Defeat every member from 3rd seat to 8 seat of the selected squad 2 out of 3 tries - Be an excellent GFX'er - Have Kage forum rank - Moderators wanting to join are exempt and will be admitted as mentioned above. Only one requirement is needed to be tested for Lieutenant. - Be referred by the Captain of that particular squad. - Be very active. - Skilled in naruto arena. (preferably top 50 highest ladder rank or have a high streak.) - Talented GFX'er - High post count (Preferably jounnin forum rank) - Moderator (Instant Acceptance if position is available or a standing Captain stand down to allow an opening.) - Pass psychological evaluation test - Defeat every member from 3rd seat to 8 seat of the selected squad 2 out of 3 tries (Since this is a Captain test you will gain Bankai status) - Attempt to defeat 3 Captains outside of the chosen squad 2 of 3 tries. You will be judged by your performance not win loss ratio. - Be approved by 5 Captains - Defeat 5 acting Lieutenant/Vice Captain 2 out of 3 tries each. All Squad Seats should have the minimal requirements to be accepted into a squad. - Be chosen by the Captain of that particular squad Note: Central 46 is does not hold sway over the Captains or the clan. The Captains are the leaders and Central 46 are their respected and honored advisors. You do not have to be a standing member of Seireitei to be accepted into Central 46. Being apart of another clan or remaining clan-less is fine. - Have great popularity throughout N-A and N-B - Be a moderator - Leader or high ranking official of well know clan - Receive an invite and approval of the council of The 13 Court Guards - High forum post Anyone may be accepted into the academy. They will be placed Academy for the remainder of there evaluation period until a Captain deems them worthy. #5 The Seireitei, translated into the court of pure souls, is exactly that. The court of pure souls. We intend to be known as such as time continues to flow forward into the future. Politeness, being helpful, patience, honesty, being humble, generosity, diligence, kindness are among the traits our members possess. We will not tolerate flamming, spamming, constant annoyance, or any other undesirable traits from any Seireitei member or prospected recruit regardless of skills or talent. We are here to have fun and that's what The Seireitei stands by. The Seireitei being a newly formed clan is surely to be dubbed a "noob" clan by pessimist and arrogant outsiders Many will approach this clan with animosity mainly by stating that The Seireitei is yet another knock off of the famous and prestigious Soul Society of the early N-A. We are simply fans of the same anime just as members of N-A / N-B are both fans of Naruto, Naruto-Arena, and Naruto-Boards. To veteran members of the once strong standing Soul Society and Soul Society Reborn know that this is not a ploy to offend you. You all are highly respected and would be welcomed into The Seireitei gracefully should you wish to join. But as the saying goes "sometimes you have to take the good with the bad...". We will remain optimistic and acquire the good striving to be a clan of excellence on both N-A and N-B. Seireitei seeks skilled players, members active on the boards, and talented GFX'ers. As mentioned we will not tolerate sheer rudeness to any member or non member of this clan. Not even Captains are exonerated from this rule. July 8, 2007...I stumble across a site called naruto-kun.com searching for naruto material. Somehow i had hit the jackpot and discovered that this site had a partner site that would send me down the path of entertainment and excitement. I dubbed myself Coveted thinking that one day my skills would make me a coveted player. It actually took me a few months to discover that the boards help more that just a few topics when I was forced to go there. Lo' and behold there were GFX, tournaments, and clans. Noobs know that during the time of noob-ship no clan worth anything would really take them so I founded my first clan. It lasted only a few months. I stayed clan-less to further build my skills and rep until I decided to join the major clans. I will not mention any but the vets know which ones when I say these clans were invite only. Well I waited a month or so to no avail and joined a tournament. Making to the finals I was placed against nicoleienne in match of the best 2 out of 3 which she won in a decisive battle 3 to my 1.
