#1 Hohoho xmas is around the corner and guess what that means, lot's of drinking and revamping my guides because this whole month of break I've decided to do absoulutely nothing academically productive. Anyway first up would be the team type & counters guide. The vids and team of the month will come later as I've forgotten how to use photoshop and movie editor. #2 <Naruto Arena Survival Bible> Welcome to Naruto Arena, a turn based strategy game revolving around your team of three ninjas. A total of 53 ninjas are playable at the moment. This allows for a tremendous variety of teams and strategy. This guide is designed to let newer players get into the groove much faster than trial and eror on their own. Now on to the good stuff. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ <Table of Contents> 1. NA terminology 2. Skill types ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1. NA terminology- There are many terms used in NA, you need to understand these to understand the game. Buff/Debuff- an icon beside a character's portrait is known as a buff or a debuff. Buffs give positive effects to the character while Debuffs give negative effects to the character. Counter- Buffs that protect a character or harm the enemy when the character is attacked Damage- you take damage when you lose hit points from attacks Defense negation- a skill/ attack that ignores invulnerability, DR and DR#2 after it is used, lasts from 1 turn to permanent DOT- damage over time, taking damage over the course of a few turns or permanently or until the character is dead DR- damage reduction, this is a type of Buff in NA, a character with DR will receive less damage from normal attacks. DR can range from 25% to 150% DR#2- defense reduction, this is a type of Debuff in NA, a character with DR#2 will recieve more damage from normal attacks. DR#2 can range from -33% to -50% *How to calculate DR and DR#2: (these only apply to normal damage) damage x (1- DR%)= damage dealt to target with DR damage x (1+DR#2%)= damage dealt to target with DR#2 Drain- removes a chakra from opponent's chakra pool Invulnerability- only skills that go through invul can target a character that has invulnerable status, affliction damage will continue to affect the target. Leech- steals a chakra from opponent's chakra pool and adds it to your own chakra pool on your next turn Piercing- attacks that ignores defense Spike- offensive skill that deals 50 or more damage instantly Stun- makes a character unable to use a skill for certain number of turns Temp.HP- a temporary pool of hp that opponent have to deplete first before harming a character's original HP pool. Does not work against affliction skills. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 2. Skill types- There are many skill types used in NA, each have their own unique effects. You need to understand these to play properly. AoE- a skill that affects multiple targets at the same time AoE stun- a skill that stuns the opponent team AoE damage- a skill that deals damage to entire enemy team Defense negation- a skill that removes defense completely from target DR/DR#2- a skill that raises or lowers target's defense Drain- a skill that removes chakra from opponent chakra pool DOT- damage over time, deals damage to target over time Heal- a skill that makes the target regain HP instantly HOT- heal over time, target regens HP over time Insta-kill- a skill that instantly kills the target ignoring his HP pool Leech- a skill that steals chakra from opponent chakra pool and adds to own chakra pool Prep- a skill that needed to be activated first before other skills can be used Shield- a skill that makes one or two characters untargettable by normal attacks Single stun- a skill that stuns a single target from 1 to 4 turns Spike- a skill that deals 50 or more damage instantly Wall- a skill that makes entire team untargettable by normal attacks Check out my NA Video Tutorials

Make sure to queue it properly. Jiraiya Kyuubi Nidai Video S.Lee video as requested, this is a decent team with him, taking advantage of walls and immortality with the temp HP. Well enjoy. Video S.Gai video as requested. Decent team, chakra heavy but can stall. Video Deidara Lee Itachi, again I didn't get to show off Deidara much because ppl go after him like he has cookies. Enjoy anyways. Video S.Naruto Sandy Baki, epic battle, must watch Epic Waller joke, Shino Temari Kiba Ft. Chris Brown- Wall to Wall. Wall to Wall Hmmk some people requested Hinata and Kisame teams. Though I'd just put them together. KK enjoy. Kisame Hinata Tayuya Test Kisame Hinata Tayuya Tsunade Sakon Kabuto, this team was specifically designed to counter Luapman's affliction dmg team, which we would see more of in the near future. DO NOT try on ladder. Video Kyuubi Kidou Buza, a merciless quick kill team. I think I am the one that came up with the Kyuubi Buza combo long ago but I could be wrong. Different from Kyuubi Buza Kimi teams because this team relies mainly on Kyuubi's AoE and spikes incorporated with Mist. Kidou also has a better stun and DoT as well. Video New Kiba test Video New Lee, first time editing videos on Sony Vegas and I'm noob with it, sry if the resolution is small. Anyway, opponent had AoE team with a taij poker that is Neji. Knew I couldn't out-damage him fast enough for kill so decided to play defensively. Enjoy Video Old combo revisited with a new twist, no longer a stun team Counter melee/ranged and stuns. Enjoy Video S.Naruto Tsunade Kurunai, a pretty sketchy team and takes planning and cunning to use , in other words, not newbie friendly. Enjoy S.Naruto Tsunade Kurunai Sakura Yamato IBD, long awaited new video. This team allows you to choose who YOU want to be attacked by, and plan out your strat and counters. Prison the main support punch/finger the main dps and chip away with the puny damage of this team. Sakura Yamato IBD Check out my NA Video Tutorials
