Application Process has been changed ---> We are now recruiting via invite! Hakumei a simple clan, this clan is not aiming to be the most powerful clan on NA. But rather to enjoy NA as a one whole community who helps each other and enjoys one another’s companionship. In our clan, the members are ranging from veterans to almost beginners but even so, we do not care if we have beginner members as long as we are having fun. Our clan is not usually seen in NB, in wars or in tournaments. Our clan always stays in our own little community/forum and chatting in the chatbox. Even if we are few for now, we are still contended and very happy with our clan. Since our clan has a fair amount of member, we decided that we need to tighten our recruitment process. Thus, to join there are some steps to follow. Step 1: Invitation Every clan member is eligible to invite any person they think fit for our clan. After being invited and the applicant are still interested he will then be instructed to do the next step. Step 2: Application Since we want to know if the applicant has the same qualities we have. He will be instructed to post in our clan forum under “Recruitment Section” for an application. He will then need to win the hearts of at least 5 members, with exception of the member who invited him. He will have to gain at least 5 votes from any members. * The purpose of this vote test is to see if the player is a great person, so before joining he needs to gain the trust and friendship of at least 5 members. Step 3:In-game Test If the person has gained enough votes, he will then be instructed to have a Private Battle to at least 3 members of the clan in a best 2/3 match. He can fight any member of the clan. The member decides the grade of the matches ranging from 1-10. The applicant must have an average grade of 5 in order to get in. *The purpose of this test is to see if the player has enough knowledge in NA. Losing the matches will not necessarily mean failure. There are many factors which will be considered in grading. Step 4: Acceptance/Rejection After all the rigorous tests the leader of the clan will then decides the final decision. The score in the In-game test will greatly help, but if in the last minute and we saw that you are not going to fit well in our clan. The decision can be overturned by the leaders.
