What does Elga Mean?
Answer: It doesn't really mean anything in any languages I know, but I decieded to make my own definition;A fair, and unstrict Community. Which follows the path of Daoisim.

The leader of the clan... The founder of Elga... He hates doing NA missions, so he didn't do any ever since he got this account (Elga). He also dosen't really enjoy doing NA in-game matches...

The first member who ever joined Elga. I'm looking forward to his act towards the clan later on. Hibari is our recruitment leader... He has great abilities in recruiting, he gets an new person in to our clan almost every 3 days... Basically, half of the people who joined Elga is recruited by Hibari.

One of the loyal and active ones of the clan, his trying really hard to bring the clan up. He is not our sqaud 1 member, but he also does a lot of other tasks. He recruits, even though his not suppose to. Its good to have *BananaSoldier* in our clan.

Rules about War [Note: We won't have wars till we have at least 15 members]
Friendly wars won�t be counted as wars in this clan, if you truly want organized wars, you have to get special permission from the leader. If you want to do official wars, contact -elga-.
