Shiroinin (Recruiting)

#1 Shiroinin means White Ninja. It is our theme, and it represents purity. This Clan is a place where intelligent users of N-A are given freedom from the average idiot on these forums. If you are frustrated or saddened alike by the quality of user on the N-B forums, give me a PM and we'll work something out ;) We are a haven of competition and intelligence. We pride ourselves in working hard and battling well, constantly improving our skills. Battlers join Shiroinin to become winners. We have no requirements other than that to join you must pass the test at the bottom of this post, and to get promoted you must pass the requirements listed below. 1) Our number one rule (and most important) is that you have to ask for stuff that you want. You can't just expect things to happen. If you join this clan, ask me for anything you want, and you'll probably get it (if it's not ridiculous). Just be proactive, and don't expect us to give you anything for nothing. 2) Idiots and spammers will be banned. No toleration and No mercy. 3) You must be exclusive to this clan. I'm sorry, but having multiple clans takes away from the experience and holds you back. Shiroinin wants you to reach your potential, and we can help. Elite Squads Recruiting Squad: This is the first elite squad. This squad is reserved for the people who are usually qualified to be Squad Leaders, but either don't wish to be, or simply aren't promoted in time. Taijutsu Squad: This is another elite squad consisting of mentors who take on 1-2 apprentices in the Academy, and teach them to battle. This is extremely important since this is how new members will be assimilated into the clan if they can't battle. 5 Normal Squads (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Doujutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Kinjutsu): These are the bulk of the clan. These squads include the normal members and the assistant squad leaders of the clan. Academy Students: These are the new members, or the worst ones at battling. They are put here until they can help the clan on the ladder. In order to get out of the Academy, one must prove ones worth and have a 1:1 win/loss ratio or better. Missing Ninja: These are the 10 least active players at any given time. They can be removed from the clan without notice if they are in this clan. Think of it as the edge of the cliff. 1) To get Asst. Squad Leader --Do your squad duty --Post in the recruitment thread --Post a lot in the outside forums and the squad forums 2) Taijutsu Squad --Battle VERY well --Be willing to teach noobs to battle. 3) Recruiting Squad --Type well. --Have good judgement --Have respectable stats 4) Squad Leader --All of the above (except the Taijutsu Stuff) --Show intelligence --Post a lot and post very good stuff. --Must have perfect English to keep up the Clan image. --Must be active and must be a natural leader. Make the people on the forum listen to you and respect you before you get promoted. That is the ultimate test of leadership. Pass 2/4 of these: 1) Answer these questions about yourself intelligently and creatively. I play like 3 games a day. I'm more into strategy and talking to other guys about it. I'd rather help others get good than be good myself since, in my view, is kind of pointless, and is more about devoting a lot of time to N-A, which I cannot afford right now.
