Gawd, just to let teh peoplez know, the world war is ova'. The only reason I hadn't posted was due to some extremely heavy personal issues, and funerals seem to take up a lot of time x_x
Now, to the results of the world war:
Cookietopia and Ampan fought a long and hard war for a very long time. There were nearly 647,000 casualties on both sides and both sides took heavy infrastructure losses, this was easily the bloodiest war that either side had ever seen. At the time of the beginning of this war, Cookietopia had approximately 463,000,000 people, however currently, they have around 386,000,000, the biggest reason for the decline in population being that people often left the country, the area due to the war for fear of being killed in this ruthless slaughter of a war. Ampan just before this war had approximately 372,000,000 people. Currently they have around 309,000,000, also due to people leaving due to fear of death. The Ampanians had nukes though, while Cookietopia had stayed neutral and had promised not to ever use nuclear weapons. Cookietopia had the larger military on the ground, with several million ground troops, outright slaughtering the few million of Ampan. Yet Ampan had the greater naval power, missile power, and airforce power, which is why Cookietopia lost the most infrastructure, and ultimately took the most damage. During the beginning, Ampan had begun to win this section of the war. Atleast, they were showing great promise towards it, because a country with no infrastructure can go into Anarchy quite quickly. Soon Cookietopia's citizens started leaving, thus proving less momentum for Cookietopia and their leader, Silvos. But, the war wasn't over yet and the Axis still had a few tricks up their sleeve. The republic of H.B. quickly donated a large chunk of their land to Cookietopia, giving them more momentum. Cookietopia began winning more large battles, and left both sides completely even in the battle of Tsumeric, which was the first offensive battle for Cookietopia in their history, and ended the battle by attacking with a small amount of troops, shooting a few times, then running away at full speed, many leaving in tanks and aircraft. The Ampanian soldiers, very confused, saw this as simply poor organization from their Cookietopian rivals, taking it, for a short time, as a victory. But just then, as around 80% of Cookietopia's soldiers were out of site, the Ampanian soldiers were blitzed by a huge force of tanks, and aircraft. Since it had been Ampan's first defensive war with Cookietopia, they were struck by surprise. They hadn't many aircraft, tanks, or soldiers for that matter, but thinking quickly, they decided to cut their losses. They flew an ACM, one of the few that they had, onto the battlefield. Utter destruction was the case when the AC Missile had done its damage, as the majority of Cookietopian tanks, and many of Ampan's soldiers were destroyed, luckily it wasn't a town or city. During the chaos and confusion Cookietopia was momentarily unorganized, as Ampan had predicted, and at the same time as they launched the ACM they had also sent many Aircraft to the site, since Cookietopia's aircraft were still hanging in air, however, under the blind mist of confusion, they seemed useless. The general had finally regained grip of the situation as the Ampanian aircraft arrived. It became a dogfight for the Ampanians, and a bombing run for the Cookietopian's. By the time Ampan had finally destroyed all of the aircraft that hadn't flown off and retreated, it had suffered major, major damage on the important military base. Even though Ampan had kept hold of the territory and kept Cookietopia from taking over, it had suffered heavy damage. Cookietopia had also recieved heavy losses, but their's were a different kind of loss. They had lost over 60% of their aircraft in that battle, and their aircraft were hard to produce, and took a lot of energy and time. They had also lost around 20% of their tank force, expecting a big victory they had sent many tanks in. But they couldn't request any help from their allies either, because the allies were also taking heat. Much of it. The commonwealth of N-S was being aggressively attacked in many places, not giving N-S time to rest due to continual and repetitive battles mostly from the two countries of Kusanagi, and AC-R, some of which from Rakion as well. N-S had however, NOT pledged to be non-nuclear in this war, and sources aren't sure about whether or not they will remain non-nuclear. They centered their counter attacks on AC-R, and caused much damage themselves on them as well. Coupled with separate attacks from The Sovereign States of Kiitsu, it was enough to cripple AC-R. N-S once again got momentum going after the AC-R attacks had stopped, and thus-so had initiated a surprise attack on K-S. The attack was successful and they gained a large part of the arctic ocean which had been controlled by K-S in the process, giving them a tactical position for defending the Imperial provinces of Akatsuki from attacks from K-S, and then for attacking Genesis, a semi-ally of the Global Alliance and Treaty Organization (The side of Ampan/allies, often refered to as GATO.)
From there N-S gained more ground on K-S and helped Akatsuki gain back all of the land that K-S had taken. They quickly attacked Genesis now, using the exact same tactics as on K-S, which was also perfectly executed and worked perfectly, giving N-S full control over the Central area of the western hemisphere.
As it stands, Cookietopia is even with Ampan, K-S is losing ground but still ahead slightly with Akatsuki. Rakion has jumped in to try and fill the place of AC-R in attacking N-S, though they are proving somewhat successful in their attacks. Cookietopia has offered White Peace terms to Ampan under the one single condition that Ampan drop their treaties with GATO, leave the bloc, and join Cookietopia's bloc in the fighting against GATO. Ampan has said that they won't take peace terms or surrender terms from anybody, and that they are planning on fighting until the end whether or not they can win, and has also released SURRENDER terms to Cookietopia, saying that Cookietopia will allow Ampan and allies to take all of their territory in the atlantic ocean, and turn in their nuke to Ampan, giving them a total of two, rather than most countries' one.
"We don't necessarily expect them to accept right now, we left that there for later and tagged on that the longer they resist the surrender terms, the harder and more strict they will get."
